1️⃣ First things to do when a fire happens!
🔥 Call Bomba (Fire & Rescue Department)
👮♀️ Make a police report (if there are suspicious circumstances)
2️⃣ Notify your insurance company immediately
📞 Call the customer service hotline
🤝 Or get in touch with your insurance agent
3️⃣ Take photos & record the losses
📸 Photograph damaged items and the scene
📝 List out all damaged items + estimated value (purchase receipts are useful too)
4️⃣ Prepare the required documents
✅ Fire report (issued by Bomba)
✅ Police report (if applicable)
✅ Copy of IC / ID
✅ Bank account details
✅ Repair quotation or invoices
5️⃣ Submit your claim & wait for review
📂 Send all documents to the insurance company
